QA Enginner with Java

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model:  hybrid from Gdańsk / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

---

You will join a Team working on the development and testing of modern solutions based on RESTful APIs. The project follows agile methodologies with a strong focus on quality, test automation, and effective collaboration within the QA hub. You’ll be responsible for analyzing requirements, creating and executing test cases, and continuously improving product quality.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Programming in Java (test development, automation)
• Testing RESTful APIs
• Creating, documenting, and executing test cases
• Analyzing business requirements from a QA perspective
• Reporting test results and documenting defects
• Collaborating with QA and development team members
• Supporting continuous improvement of testing processes and efficiency

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in software testing
• Knowledge of QA processes (both manual and automated)
• Programming skills in Java
• Experience in RESTful API testing (RestAssured, Postman)
• General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Team player with an agile mindset
• Focused on self-improvement, learning, and contributing to team success

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification
• Knowledge of CI/CD and developers tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)
