Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive end-to-end integration plans for Core Banking systems. This role involves leading system integration efforts across multiple domains, managing agile backlogs, and coordinating the delivery of new testing capabilities in banking environments.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Integration & Project Planning – Translate high-level scope from Core Banking into detailed integration plans, covering legacy and modern systems
• Agile Backlog Management – Manage, prioritize, and communicate the backlog with input from the Product Manager
• Test Environment Enablement – Develop plans to support additional business flows in CBP test environments
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build relationships with Nordea architects, One Technology organization, and other key stakeholders
• Delivery Coordination – Plan and schedule the rollout of new testing capabilities for assigned applications and integrations
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting – Ensure transparent and up-to-date reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies
• Cross-Team Communication – Align with teams in T&I, CBP, and other surrounding domains to ensure smooth collaboration

 

 

Expected competencies and knowledge

• Strong background in Technical Project Management
• Proven experience in infrastructure and application delivery
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture & system integration
• Expertise in Agile backlog management & risk reporting
• Banking domain knowledge – experience in Core Banking and financial services
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Preferred: TOGAF or ITIL Foundation certification
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with test environments
