Location: Hybrid from Gdynia/Warszawa (minimum 1 day per week in the office)

Project

As a PMO Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing project execution by supporting financial tracking, reporting, resource management, risk assessment, and delivery tracking. You will work closely with stakeholders at different levels of the organization, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 4+ years of experience as a PMO Specialist on medium to large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of cost estimations, accruals creation, and invoice handling
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and PPM tools
• Ability to communicate effectively and drive follow-up actions with stakeholders at all levels

 

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking or finance industry
• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments
• Background in process optimization and automation

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Tracking actuals, forecasting, accruals, and invoice processing
• Managing key milestones, communicating deliveries, and assessing portfolio health
• Preparing financial, progress, and team reports as well as tracking key performance indicators
• Maintaining the dependency map and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
• Managing demand and supply maps, onboarding and offboarding processes, and time reporting
• Identifying risks, assessing their impact, and supporting mitigation strategies
