PMO Specialist (DORA Programme)

Salary: 500-640 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the implementation of the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Programme.

In this role, you will work closely with the Program Manager, wider Program Management Office, and Program Sponsor, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and coordination across a large-scale ICT regulatory programme.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Support the Program Management Office in the delivery of the DORA Programme
• Partner with the Program Manager and provide tactical support to the Program Sponsor
• Prepare and compile executive-level reporting materials
• Coordinate programme activities and ensure proper follow-up on actions and milestones
• Manage and track programme risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support operational risk management within the programme structure
• Assist in governance processes and ensure alignment with programme standards
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation
• Provide ad-hoc PMO support as required

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience within large ICT programmes
• Proven PMO experience within strong IT program/project management environments
• Foundational knowledge of DORA and general Operational Resilience topics
• Strong understanding of:
  • Executive reporting
  • Risk management
  • Dependency management
  • Programme governance
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive, self-driven, and well-organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Experience reporting to Program Manager on assigned initiatives
