Salary: 1200 - 1350 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Project

Banking project focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale PEGA solutions supporting Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. The role involves defining the technical architecture and ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Leading the technical architecture and design of PEGA-based CLM and KYC solutions
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery, ensuring best practices, quality, and scalability
• Collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring development teams to align technology with business goals

Expected competences and knowledge

• PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) with proven experience in large-scale implementations.
• Strong expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks.
• Minimum 8+ years of PEGA development experience, including 2+ years in LSA role.
• Deep understanding of PEGA design principles, case management, and integration strategies.
• Ability to define technical architecture, enforce best practices, and ensure solution scalability.
• Experience in leading end-to-end project delivery, including design, development, and deployment.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for driving project direction and client engagement.
