PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer

Salary: 1200 - 1600 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for a PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer to support PAM project in full scope on-boarding by developing application connectors and enabling capability to extend PAM controls to cover the whole organization. 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Develop and customize CyberArk connectors and support full PAM onboarding
• Gather and analyze data to improve the onboarding process
• Work closely with stakeholders and collaborate across teams
• Apply PAM and identity security best practices (on-prem and cloud)
• Use core security principles like Least Privilege, SoD, and Zero Trust
• Follow cybersecurity frameworks (CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO)
• Translate business needs into technical solutions

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience working with PAM controls & requirements
• Experience working as CyberArk developer or developing in CyberArk
• Great collaboration and negotiation skills for working with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of identity & PAM security best practices, for both on-premise and cloud environments
• Knowledge of fundamental security approaches and principles (such as SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust)
• Previous experience working in a DevOps team in Agile/Scrum setup
• Understanding of IT processes and system development life cycle
• Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks (such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x)
• Strong technical analytical and documentation skills
• A structured and organized way of working with the ability to deliver results with high quality
• The ability to do conversion between business and technical context
• A strong can-do attitude and self-driven approach
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Nice-to-have: experience working with multiple PAM technologies
