PAM/CyberArk IT Security consultant

Salary: 960 - 1120 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

Responsibilities you'll have

• Supporting PAM Developers in end-to-end onboarding of applications into the PAM environment (incl. CyberArk)
• Collaborating with Application Owners and Service Providers to gather and validate onboarding data
• Providing expertise in PAM tools and controls, with a focus on compliance and secure access management
• Ensuring alignment with security frameworks and principles (Zero Trust, SoD, Least Privilege)
• Participating in change management processes and working within Agile/DevOps teams
• Contributing to process improvement and integration of PAM with broader IAM and cloud security practices

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience working with PAM controls and requirements
• Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments
• Understanding of key security principles such as Segregation of Duties (SoD), Least Privilege, and Zero Trust
• Previous experience working with CyberArk technology
• Previous experience working in a DevOps team using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in the risk and change management area
• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and frameworks (e.g. CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills for working with various stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong can-do attitude
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts
• Strong technical, analytical, and documentation skills
• Structured and organized way of working, with a focus on high-quality delivery
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
