IT Automation Tester with Python

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

The project focuses on developing and maintaining a modern API ecosystem that enables secure and controlled access to backend services for authorized external partners. The goal is to support regulatory requirements and expand the platform with premium API capabilities. Work is carried out in a cross-functional Scrum team, with a strong focus on API quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. Test automation is developed using Robot Framework and Python, ensuring consistent and repeatable validation of core API functionalities. Collaboration with testers and developers is essential to maintain high-quality standards and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Participating in Scrum team activities and contributing to delivery goals

• Testing RESTful APIs and validating integration flows

• Analysing requirements from the testing and quality perspective

• Creating and executing manual and automated test cases

• Developing and maintaining automation using Robot Framework and Python

• Reporting and communicating test results to the team

• Working closely with testers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience with manual and automated testing processes

• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals (ISTQB)

• Hands-on experience with RESTful API testing

• Knowledge of Robot Framework

• Programming skills in Python

• Familiarity with CI/CD and development tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Docker)

• Good communication skills in English
