IT Automation Tester

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

The initiative is a major project in the financial sector, focused on modernizing solutions and automating processes. Its goal is to improve bank customer service while maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge about each client. This involves collecting and analyzing data to assess risks and prevent illegal activities such as money laundering. Ultimately, the project aims to ensure effective customer service and continuous monitoring of client behavior in compliance with international security regulations.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Writing clear tests (preferable in BDD approach)
• Executing tests and providing clear reports
• Creating, running and reporting automation tests
• Working independently with defined problems
• Leading, training and coaching other project members
• Taking independent approach to ongoing project tasks
• Communicating possible issues and taking the initiative in relation to relevant solutions
• Providing mentoring support and contributing to test environment

Expected competences and knowledge

• 8+ years of experience in test automation within IT projects
• Very good knowledge of C#
• Experience with Selenium and SpecFlow
• Experience in API testing (REST)
• Knowledge of JSON and XML standards
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Familiarity with testing standards, methodologies, and tools
