Project

Join our team to support IT analysis for mortgage solutions in a structured and efficient way. You will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and communicating functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs, and contributing to the design of effective IT solutions.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong knowledge of data, process, and information modeling
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable development tasks or user stories
• Solid understanding of IT solution design principles
• Experience resolving business questions and issues during software design and development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Use data, process, or information modeling techniques to structure requirements effectively
• Translate business requirements into development tasks and user stories
• Actively contribute to the design of IT solutions, ensuring they align with business goals
• Address and resolve business-related questions and problems during the software design and development process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
