This role requires aligning your work schedule with the US time zone, while working remotely from Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model business processes, translating them into technical requirements.
- Create functional and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with development teams, testers, and stakeholders.
- Manage the backlog.
- Analyze data and prepare reports.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to implement and enhance new features.
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend improvements in processes.
Requirements:
- Readiness for remote work in the US time zone and willingness to engage in business travel.
- +3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SQL, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Previous experience in a developer role will be an additional asset.
- Strong skills in analyzing and modeling business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create technical documentation and requirement specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience with laboratory/healthcare systems such as LIMS, LIS.
