Technical Business Analyst (work in the US time zone)

This role requires aligning your work schedule with the US time zone, while working remotely from Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and model business processes, translating them into technical requirements.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with development teams, testers, and stakeholders.
• Manage the backlog.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to implement and enhance new features.
• Troubleshoot problems and recommend improvements in processes.

Requirements:

• Readiness for remote work in the US time zone and willingness to engage in business travel.
• +3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SQL, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in a developer role will be an additional asset.
• Strong skills in analyzing and modeling business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create technical documentation and requirement specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with laboratory/healthcare systems such as LIMS, LIS.
