Data Analyst/ Product Business Analyst (pharma)

About the project

We're looking for an Data Analyst/ Product Business Analyst who wants to join a project from the healthcare industry.

Work Mode: 100% remote

Job Responsibilities

1. Support both backend and frontend components of the solution
2. Capture and describe requirements from the Product Owner and key SMEs
3. Perform data analysis from various sources
4. Prepare UATs and solution demos
5. Prepare and update project documentation (e.g., Functional Specification, User Requirements Specification, Functional Risk Assessment)
6. Create clear task lists for developers by breaking down project requirements into actionable items

Expectations

1. Experience working in a multicultural, global work team
2. Experience in pharmaceutical and clinical trials
3. Experience in data-driven and integration projects/products
4. Experience in data analysis (e.g., DBT/Airflow, Talend)
5. Experience in creating project documentation (technical writing)
6. Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
7. Ability to identify and act upon opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to influence and instigate change
8. Results-oriented with excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills
9. Agile mindset and knowledge of agile frameworks
10. Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
11. Experience querying databases using SQL
12. Good knowledge of Snowflake architecture
