IT Analyst

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on Mortgage solutions, supporting the IT Analysis stream within a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
The role covers close cooperation with business stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, as well as active participation in solution design and ongoing delivery.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for Mortgage-related systems
• Translate business needs into clear development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Gather, document, and validate requirements related to system integrations, data mapping, APIs, and microservices
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams when defining integration and interface requirements
• Support IT Solution design by contributing analytical input and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Resolve business and analytical questions during software design, development, and testing phases
• Maintain high-quality documentation using data, process, and information modeling techniques

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in IT Analysis / Business Analysis within financial or banking projects
• Hands-on experience in working with system integrations, APIs, microservices, and data mapping from a requirements perspective
• Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and validating integration and interface requirements
• Ability to model processes, data structures, and information flows
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and backlog items
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder communication
