Project

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join a newly formed team working for a fast-moving UK-based tech startup. The company builds apps and services that make parking less painful — from payments and journey planning to subscriptions and everyday convenience. Their products are used by millions of users and solve real, everyday problems at scale. You will become part of a new engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining modern, cloud-based systems that power multiple products within the parking and mobility domain.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 5 years of experience with commercial experience with Golang

• Good knowledge of MySQL and relational database design

• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized environments

• Familiarity with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, basic operations)

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform

• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. code assistants, AI-based debugging, refactoring or test generation) as part of daily development work

• Comfortable working in a startup environment — fast paced, ambiguous, always evolving

• Good English communication skills and ability to work in an international team

• PHP experience — nice to have
