Project

Join our team in delivering robust and automated surveillance solutions for detecting market abuse related to insider trading and market manipulation. You will contribute to building an ETL process for transforming and producing daily input files for the Actimize MAS SaaS product. This involves reading data from multiple sources, including Kafka and database links, and transforming it according to the required file structure.

 

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and manage both functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and support the architecture for ETL processes, ensuring alignment with compliance objectives
• Work closely with compliance and technology teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions
• Support the negotiation process with third-party vendors
• Prepare and validate documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational standards
• Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity in project objectives and deliverables

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong requirements engineering skills: elicitation, negotiation, documentation, and management of requirements
• Prior knowledge of the trading landscape
• Excellent communication skills to adapt messaging based on audience and stakeholder type
• Experience in banking and/or compliance areas
• Basic SQL knowledge and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with requirement management frameworks
• Knowledge of IT architecture and landscape
• Experience in vendor negotiations
• Familiarity with cloud solutions is a plus
