We are a Global Operations team providing best in class Cleared Derivatives services to top tier investment banks and financial institutions. Our services include Trade clearance & allocation, Reconciliations, Trade Break Management, Exchange Funding & Client Margining, Brokerage, Static Data and Trade Lifecycle Management.
What you will be doing:
- Working on data/analytics that gathers and integrates big volumes of data
- Performing analysis, interpreting results, and developing actionable insights and recommendations for use across operations
- Presenting data in a clear and concise manner
- Control and allocation of executed trades with direct impact on the exchange
- Performing trade closeouts per client request with direct impact on the exchange
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations of operations core trade capture systems, CCP and brokers reports to the firm’s books and records
- Resolution of breaks for variety of derivative products
- Performing core collateral management tasks, which include – managing margin calls, collateral booking, interest processing, payment processing
- Providing wide range of regulatory reporting with timely manner, including escalation if missing or invalid
- Processing of other post trading client operational activities
- Answering queries from execution desks and external counterparties
- Participation in process deployment, with all necessary documentation
- Participation in process improvement leading to further automation including cooperation with IT and business change departments
- The opportunity to acquire specialist derivatives knowledge from series of trainings onwards
What you bring:
- Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Demonstrated ability to present data analysis results
- At least three years of experience in Financial Sector
- Proven track of project management and/or process improvements
- Full professional proficiency in English (both speaking & writing)
- Interest in career in a fast-paced team within Derivatives Utility
- Ability to operate in a high-volume environment under rigid intra-day deadlines and cut-offs
- Proper task handling by prioritizing and managing time efficiently
- Ability to translate business needs into data models
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn, self-motivation and inquiring mind
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel in particular
- Knowledge of derivatives instruments will be an asset
- Fluent in English: verbal and written
