DLP Cyber Security Expert

Salary: 1200-1400 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on enhancing Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solutions for a leading Nordic financial group, protecting sensitive data across cloud, endpoints, email, and web in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Monitor DLP solution health and react to events to prevent outages or compliance issues
• Review, recommend, and coordinate technical data protection controls
• Drive implementation of new and improved DLP use cases and policies
• Provide data security advisory to stakeholders and partners
• Support data protection awareness campaigns and cybersecurity projects
• Develop and maintain DLP technologies for Cloud, Storage, Email, Endpoint, and Web

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience implementing enterprise-class cybersecurity solutions in the financial sector
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, risk, and compliance management
• Project management skills and stakeholder coordination in international teams
• Proven track record in IT security achievements
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Nice-to-have: DLP expertise (data-in-transit/use/at-rest), reporting skills, knowledge of GDPR / PCI DSS / MiFID II
