(Senior) Cyber Security Engineer

We seek an Elastic Engineer based in Warsaw, responsible for operating Elasticsearch services, optimizing platform performance, and supporting global deployments. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Operate and optimize Elasticsearch and Kafka platforms to ensure stable, scalable and reliable log management services.• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and support teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance platform workflows.• Participate in on‑call rotations to maintain continuous service availability and respond effectively to incidents.• Support international deployment projects across Switzerland, Spain, the USA and Asia with consistent delivery.• Drive improvements in observability, performance tuning and resilience while sharing best practices internally.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands‑on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana in enterprise environments and complex operations.• Strong understanding of Kafka‑based log management and big‑data pipelines supporting large‑scale environments.• Background working in on‑call settings with collaborative teams and shared operational accountability.• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills and dedication to operational excellence.• Fluent English communication skills; German or Spanish considered an additional asset.
