    Job description

    Salary: 700-950 PLN/MD on B2B

    Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk

    We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to security, incident prevention, productivity, and the overall improvement of service quality.

     

    Expected competences and knowledge

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in support activities
    • ITIL certification (V3 or V4)
    • Experience with Capital Markets applications (e.g., Calypso)
    • Strong expertise in Configuration Management
    • Proficiency in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT, and Control-M
    • Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g., CalMon, Splunk)
    • Ability to perform risk analysis and execute projects
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Self-motivated, autonomous, and a strong team players

    Nice to have

    • Knowledge of major market regulatory bodies' rules 
    • Knowledge of Capital Market FO/BO environment 

     

    Responsibilities you'll have


    • Managing daily operations on Production and Pre-Production environments
    • Responding to business requests via email, monitoring systems daily, and performing sanity checks on applications
    • Handling IT Service Management tasks, including: request management (for users and IT teams), operations management, application monitoring, incident management and problem management, continuous service improvement
    • Monitoring EOD job flows
    • Deployments during weekends and after business hours
    • Updating and creating documentation, participating in shift schedules, and attending daily meetings
