Lead DevOps Engineer

Your Mission

As a Lead DevOps Engineer at Adsquare, you will lead a team, which is responsible for building our scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. You will recognize areas of improvement (including automation, standardization, cost, reliability and maintenance optimization), propose solutions and lead your team’s efforts.

In this role you will

• Build an appreciative and trustworthy connection with each of your team members.
• Proactively recognize areas for improvements.
• Design, build, and standardize secure and cost effective solutions in AWS.
• Support and mentor engineers to migrate on-premise solutions to AWS.
• Optimize and improve our CI/CD workflows in GitLab with a focus on standardization and security.

Your Profile

• You have strong experience working with cloud (AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• You feel a strong urge to automate things (IaC, scripting, CI/CD, git-ops).
• You have experience with system or infrastructure maintenance, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• You’ve maintained CI/CD pipelines for multi-environments deployments.
• You have good understanding of networking.
• You have hands-on experience with security management.
• Experience leading a team is a plus
