Project

You will be involved in a financial project supporting the implementation of a new surveillance solution, including detection model analysis, model calibration, and close collaboration with technology teams. The role involves analyzing data requirements, supporting incident investigations, and contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of surveillance models to ensure effective market abuse detection.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyze detection models and data requirements based on market abuse surveillance risk and coverage assessments

• Collaborate with Technology teams to analyze and clarify requirements and incidents

• Perform tuning and calibration of detection models for trade and order surveillance

• Collaborate with internal and external technology teams on new developments

• Participate in and drive internal calibration reviews

Expected competences and knowledge

• Knowledge of detection models and data requirements in market abuse surveillance

• Understanding of market abuse risk and coverage assessment methodologies

• Experience in tuning and calibration of detection models for trade and order surveillance

• Ability to analyze and clarify business and technical requirements, including incident investigation

• Experience working with internal and external technology teams

• Understanding of system development processes and collaboration with technology teams

• Ability to participate in and support calibration reviews

Nice to have

• Experience of working in Compliance function
