Azure System Architect

Salary: 1200 - 1400 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on shaping and evolving the IT architecture to support strategic business capabilities and modernisation initiatives.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Deliver high‑quality architectural outcomes in line with our standards and agreed objectives
• Proactively guide, implement and govern architectural principles, best practices and shared change initiatives within your domain
• Communicate complex architectural concepts in clear, accessible ways to build understanding across stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with architects and stakeholders across the organisation to improve architecture holistically
• Advise and support stakeholders in resolving architectural issues and implementing the target architecture
• Maintain focus on your own professional development while mentoring others to strengthen overall team capability
• Lead strategic discussions to evolve architecture toward reduced complexity, cost efficiency, improved agility, lower risk, and stronger business capabilities
• Analyse stakeholder needs, maintain an overview of the current application and infrastructure landscape, identify gaps, and create architecture visions and roadmaps aligned with business strategy

Expected competences and knowledge

• Microsoft Azure certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent experience
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise applications on Azure AKS
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise databases on Azure PostgreSQL
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Kafka within Azure environments
• Strong business knowledge 
• Strong software engineering background 
• Excellent IT solution architecture skills
• Professional‑level enterprise architecture knowledge
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
