Project

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer (Android) to join a newly established team dedicated to one of Poland’s leading e-commerce companies. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with autonomy in delivering high-quality native Android applications. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture, development standards, and engineering practices within the team, working on modern, scalable mobile solutions. You will design, build, and optimize Android applications using Kotlin and Compose, ensuring smooth performance, maintainability, and scalability. In addition to hands-on development, you will contribute to technical initiatives, best practices, and team knowledge sharing in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Fluent in Kotlin and the Compose framework for UI

• In-depth knowledge of Android SDK and native Android development

• Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), algorithms, and data structures

• Familiarity with Gradle build processes and experience with Continuous Integration (CI) systems

• High degree of autonomy in organizing work and strong problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English (B2-level)

• Nice to have:

  • Experience with modular architecture, e.g., Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)

  • Experience working with large codebases

  • Practical knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming

  • Experience with AI-aided software development, like Copilot
