Salary:
Mid (2-5 years of experience): 500 - 900 PLN/md net+vat B2B
Senior (5+ years of experience): 1000 - 1400 PLN/md net+vat B2B
Work model: Remote or hybrid from our offices in Warsaw / Gdynia / Rzeszów / Kraków

Project
The project involves the development and delivery of a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline using AI and large language models (LLMs), implemented as an enterprise-grade chatbot with retrieval capabilities. It is being built for a research-based consulting firm in the energy sector, known for providing market analyses and forecasts to support decision-making in trading, investment, and planning. The solution is deployed in the context of the client’s expansion into macroeconomic research and global financial markets.
The project is expected to last for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Expected competences and knowledge
- Proven, hands-on experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience delivering production-grade AI/LLM solutions for real business use cases, not just as personal or hobby projects
- Strong understanding of the architecture and components of RAG systems, including vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval strategies
