Senior Business Analyst (hybrid Warsaw)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

Requirements

1. Significant Business/Data Analysis or Product Management experience (software, 5+ years, multiple organizations)
2. You have worked with software development teams directly and understanding of Product Development Cycle
3. Experience in working in SCRUM or another Agile framework
4. University background oriented to financial/business
5. SQL knowledge
6. Knowledge of Excel at advance user level
7. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
8. Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizations
9. Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
10. Very good command of English (at least B2+)
