Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for tax and financial processes

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications

• Work directly with business stakeholders in a consulting-style setup

• Support decision-making with structured analysis and impact assessments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong business and process analysis skills

• Consulting or client-facing project experience

• Experience in tax or financial domain projects strongly preferred

• Fluent English
