Financial Analyst (Hybrid From Warsaw, Poland)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Financial Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

You can expect:

• Control forecast and budget execution across the organization.
• Implement processes and support tools to smooth monthly reporting hours on the project.
• Prepare reports and synthetic views for the organization of budget utilization and forecasting.
• Track cost allocation exercises among different levels of the organization and IT systems.
• Collaborate with Technical Engineers, Tribe Leads, Financial Controllers, and other stakeholders.
• Report to the Manager of the Cost & Efficiency team.
• Provide monthly financial reports to the COO/CIO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial reporting and cost allocation
• Power BI knowledge
• Experience in the IT industry or with IT systems
• Knowledge of Python and the Power Apps suite
• Communicative English
