Data Analyst

📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid preferred)
💰 Salary: 120-150 pln/zł
📅 Start: 1st of August

🔍 About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in projects focused on social innovation and public services. You will work with both quantitative and qualitative data, helping teams transform data into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytics, visualization, and storytelling with data to support meaningful social and research initiatives.

🧠 Key responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources

• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

• Prepare analytical and (where applicable) predictive models

• Support evaluation of social and innovation-related projects

• Translate data into clear insights and business recommendations

• Collaborate with project, research, and stakeholder teams

• Support strategic and operational decision-making processes

🧰 Requirements

• Experience in data analysis

• Very good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio

• Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and structured way

• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

⭐ Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or R

• Experience with social data analysis

• Experience in public sector or NGO projects

• Knowledge of social program evaluation methodologies
