Wi-Fi Service Operations Support Specialist – Network Infrastructure

Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office).

As a Wi-Fi Service Operations Support Specialist – Network Infrastructure, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services provider. You will support their Connectivity team, ensuring the stability and reliability of vital Wi-Fi services across multiple countries. Your expertise will directly impact the seamless operation of global network infrastructure, empowering digital transformation and business efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and support Wi-Fi incidents globally, providing expert resolution guidance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Incident Management, during crisis situations, representing Telecoms.

• Work within a diverse, global NOC team to deliver 24/7 support on a “follow the Sun” basis.

• Drive reduction of infrastructure service outages and recurrent failures.

• Assist in Post Incident Reviews, contributing to ongoing service improvement.

• Ensure compliance with global standards and contractual commitments with Service Providers.

• Support continuous process enhancement through data analysis and proactive fault detection.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in Wi-Fi support or network infrastructure management.

• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi infrastructure and related components.

• Solid understanding of Data Networks topologies and protocols.

• Experience working within ITIL, Agile or related frameworks.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within global, multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to learn new telecoms technologies and tools.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Relevant certifications in networking or telecoms.

• Fluent English
