Senior System Analyst

As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to modernizing its enterprise platforms and enhancing system integration across its international operations. Your main responsibilities:

• Perform detailed system analyses to ensure optimal operational performance.

• Document enterprise architecture processes to maintain clarity and consistency.

• Collaborate on creating and enhancing application solutions tailored to banking needs.

• Support production activities through audits, analyses, and testing procedures.

• Work closely with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure seamless task execution.

• Develop pre-implementation analyses and define conceptual scopes for new initiatives.

• Create solution concepts aligned with overarching business architecture.

• Map system requirements to functional system components and design robust system structures.

• Support test preparation to guarantee smooth deployment of new solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis, preferably within banking or finance sectors.

• Strong knowledge of system analysis methods and requirements collection.

• Ability to interpret business needs into precise IT system specifications.

• Experience in mapping system requirements to system functionality.

• Solid understanding of designing system architectures and structures.

• Familiarity with database software, including MS SQL.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level.

• Knowledge of UML, BPMN tools, Kafka, and JIRA.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Average knowledge of Java technology and testing tools.

• Ability to conduct software diagnostics.

• Basic understanding of ETL processes.
