Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office, 3 days remote)
As a Senior Project Manager – Financial Data Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing extensive regulatory and data transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing data quality, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Your expertise will coordinate complex workstreams, align diverse global stakeholders, and deliver high-impact solutions within strict deadlines, supporting the ongoing evolution of financial data management.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage global data-quality workstreams, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Change, and IT teams to ensure alignment with program goals.
Ensure DAO processes and standards are followed throughout issue life cycles.
Oversee precise logging of data-quality issues and ensure clear documentation of business problems.
Facilitate issue handovers to upstream teams with comprehensive information for resolution.
Lead testing activities, gather evidence for approvals, and support regulatory reviews.
Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
Apply Agile methodologies, maintaining ceremonies and documentation.
Lead communication with senior stakeholders, providing clear and effective updates.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Minimum 4 years of experience in large-scale change programs within complex systems environments.
Strong knowledge of regulated financial institutions and industry standards.
Proven track record managing global projects on time and on budget.
Experience working with onshore and offshore teams in remote settings.
Excellent stakeholder management skills from Executive Committee to analysts.
Strong attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset.
Hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience working in a global matrix organization.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Familiarity with the client’s standards and internal processes.
Experience working on regulatory or Skilled Person remediation programs.
Background managing data-quality initiatives or reporting-related change projects.
Language required for the role:
Fluent Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Eligibility to work in Europe:
