As a Senior Program Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial sector committed to delivering impactful, end-to-end programs with agility and precision. You will drive projects aligned with business goals, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless collaboration with third-party providers, all while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Communicate project status clearly and effectively to sponsors and stakeholders, utilizing your excellent communication skills.
- Oversee project budgets, utilizing internal tools and regulations, and monitor risk management practices.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
- Apply knowledge of various project management methodologies, including Agile, PMI, and Prince, tailoring approaches to project needs.
- Motivate and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Maintain operational oversight using MS Project, JIRA, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and support continuous process improvements.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the financial or banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, PMI, and Prince.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, MS Office, and experience with project analysis methodologies.
- Excellent command of English at C1 level and Polish language skills.
- Knowledge of financial market products and familiarity with Scrum framework is a plus.
- Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills and ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of hybrid frameworks combining Agile and traditional approaches.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English and Polish.
