Senior IT Project Manager (Spanish Speaker)

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading international financial institution driving major digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate multi-team Agile programs, enable seamless platform integrations within a highly regulated environment, and partner with technology, business, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver strategic projects. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum of Scrums process to ensure alignment across multiple Agile teams

• Manage project plans, backlogs, release schedules, and delivery roadmaps

• Oversee progress against milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

• Ensure project objectives are achieved on time, managing scope, risks, and budgets

• Identify and coordinate cross-team and cross-system dependencies

• Drive resolution of impediments through collaboration with technical and business stakeholders

• Maintain risk and issue logs, implementing mitigation strategies

• Communicate project updates to executive stakeholders and distributed teams

• Facilitate scaled Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and cross-team retrospectives

• Ensure compliance with SDLC, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments

• 3+ years managing Agile or Scrum teams in scaled frameworks

• Proven track record delivering complex integration projects

• Strong command of Agile methodologies and scaled practices

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• Experience working with distributed, nearshore, or offshore teams

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into business language

• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English (fluent command of both languages)

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Mexico-specific regulatory requirements

• Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, PMP

• Previous experience in financial services or compliance-driven environments

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
