Senior IT Program Manager – Stability & Resilience

As a Senior IT Program Manager – Stability & Resilience in Application Support, you will be working for our client, a global leader in IT services dedicated to ensuring operational excellence and high availability across diverse financial markets and securities systems. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive initiatives that elevate system resilience, reduce incidents, and deliver measurable business value—paving the way for continuous innovation and growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, fund, and communicate a comprehensive global roadmap aligned with strategic targets for IT stability and resilience.

• Own the program budget and resource plan, ensuring optimal prioritization and allocation across multiple initiatives.

• Lead governance activities, including steering committee meetings, progress reporting, and risk-based decision-making.

• Oversee cross-functional projects applying SRE, ITIL v4, FinOps, and automation frameworks, partnering with engineering and DevOps teams to improve observability and automation.

• Define and monitor core KPIs such as MTTR, MTTD, SLA adherence, and incident recurrence, developing dashboards to track trends and costs.

• Ensure all initiatives comply with SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and internal policies through proactive risk assessments and audit management.

• Act as a key stakeholder advocate across IT and Business Lines, facilitating change management, training, and communication of program value.

• Collaborate with line of business owners to capture technical requirements, secure funding, and align success metrics.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Production / Application Support, with at least 3 years leading large-scale, global, and budgeted programs.

• Proven success in incident reduction, service availability improvements, and cost optimization in complex environments.

• Deep expertise in ITIL v4, SRE, DevOps, and FinOps principles, along with hands-on experience with monitoring and automation tools like Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, Grafana, or ELK.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets to guide decision-making.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders and multicultural teams.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Certifications such as ITIL v4, PMP, PRINCE2, SRE Foundation, or FinOps Certified Practitioner.

• Experience working with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes), or large-scale RHEL migrations.

• Fluency in French is a plus.
