Senior Data Warehouse Developer – Financial Services Hybrid Role

As a Senior Data Warehouse Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking and financial services industry. You will contribute to developing and optimizing robust ETL processes, shaping the future of data management, and enabling insightful decision-making across the organization. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and perform technical testing of ETL processes (DB2 SQL, Databricks) following bank standards.
• Configure data flows (AutomateNOW) in accordance with organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Maintain documentation and monitor system performance to ensure high reliability.
• Implement improvements to current data warehousing solutions based on evolving project needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues promptly.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with data, Data Warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Strong expertise in SQL (any technology).
• Experience in developing and modeling data and Data Warehouses.
• Proven ability to work within hybrid work environments.
• Good command of Polish (spoken and written).
• Communicative proficiency in English (B2), essential for external communication.
• Flexibility to work up to 4 days remotely per week.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of IBM DB2, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and AutomateNOW.
• Certifications or additional experience in data modeling or cloud technologies.
