Senior Business System Analyst - twice in a month from the office

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Mobile Application Development, you will be working for our client, one of the top leasing companies in Poland. You will play a pivotal role in shaping modern digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer engagement and streamlining financial and leasing processes. Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and specify detailed functional and non-functional requirements for mobile application projects

• Define system assumptions, constraints, and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to identify critical needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Drive product vision, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of value-driven features

• Work closely with development, design, and product teams throughout the solution lifecycle

• Create comprehensive technical and training documentation for end-users and internal teams

• Oversee the development and testing of mobile application features, ensuring quality and performance standards

• Present and advocate proposed solutions within and outside the organization to gain stakeholder buy-in

• Support decision-making processes with data-driven insights and facilitate timely project delivery

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT projects

• Proven track record in delivering successful mobile application projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills with developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders

• Product-oriented mindset with a talent for shaping and articulating product vision

• Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of Flutter and Firebase technologies

• Very good SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle databases

• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and CASE tools like Enterprise Architect

• Experience working with User Stories, Use Cases, or other requirement description methods

• Knowledge related to leasing, CFM, insurance, compliance, or finance

• Experience in designing IT system architecture, including security and performance considerations

• Proficiency in English to interpret documentation and communicate with international vendors
