As a Senior Atlassian Platform Administrator, you will be working for our client, a global leader in digital transformation solutions. You will play a vital role in optimizing the use of Jira and Confluence Data Centre, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency for various teams. This is your chance to lead platform excellence, drive best practices, and shape innovative work environments.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM), guiding teams on effective usage and configuration.

  • Provide expert support to end users and stakeholders, resolving queries, managing configurations, and translating requirements into robust solutions.

  • Define and promote best practices for Jira project setups, Confluence information architecture, and JSM service design.

  • Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery processes, including incident workflows, request management, and reporting frameworks.

  • Build and maintain automation rules within Jira and JSM to streamline operations, including routing, notifications, and SLA management.

  • Support planning with Advanced Roadmaps, crafting hierarchies, managing dependencies, and delivering insightful roadmap reports.

  • Create comprehensive documentation, run training sessions, and lead onboarding to boost platform adoption and self-sufficiency.

  • Support integration and reporting needs through dashboards, filters, and subscriptions, enabling teams to track performance and outcomes.

  • Contribute to platform governance, establishing standards and safeguarding balance between flexibility and consistency across teams.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, especially in enterprise environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Confluence, JSM, including configuration of automation rules, request types, SLAs, and knowledge base integration.

  • Practical experience with Advanced Roadmaps (Plans), issue hierarchy, and cross-team dependency management.

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence Cloud features, migration considerations, and hybrid environment support.

  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, NodeJS) for automation and integration tasks.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather requirements and explain solutions clearly.

  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, ensuring user experience, consistency, and measurable results.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience supporting hybrid environments or contributing to cloud adoption planning.

  • Certifications related to Atlassian tools or project management.

Language required for the role:

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
