As a PMO, you will be working for one of the most prestigious investment banks in the world. In this dynamic role, you will support the delivery of regulatory and business change initiatives within the Private Banking division. Acting as a key liaison across IT, Product, Legal, and Infrastructure teams, you will apply change management best practices and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of high-impact projects and programs.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials for senior governance forums, ensuring timely review and input.
  • Support project and program quality assurance reviews, implementing change management best practices across initiatives.
  • Develop status reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide transparency for ongoing projects.
  • Assist with deliverable tracking and establish robust monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Project Office Lead and Communication and Training Lead on ad-hoc activities.
  • Contribute to capacity and budget planning while streamlining the project intake process.
  • Review and optimize current processes to improve efficiency and maintain a best-in-class approach.
  • Manage and lead workstreams end-to-end to ensure project delivery success.


You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in a PMO or business change management role, particularly in Financial Services.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams, with the ability to create and present high-quality reports and presentations.
  • A professional and proactive approach, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A client-focused mindset and the ability to enhance processes for optimal outcomes.
