As a Middle Office Senior Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial sector, supporting trading operations across securities, cash, and derivatives transactions. Your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining trade monitoring, reporting, and reconciliation, ensuring seamless execution and regulatory compliance. Your main responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive operational support to Traders managing securities, cash, and derivatives transactions.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers, custodians, and accounting departments, to ensure smooth communication and compliance.
- Conduct daily trade monitoring, perform reconciliations across systems, and manage failed trades to minimize operational risks.
- Respond to complex client inquiries, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Assist in onboarding new products and review existing processes for continuous improvement.
- Support team management by maintaining operational controls, policies, and audit standards.
- Lead and participate in projects aimed at process optimization and system enhancements within the team.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in capital markets.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of working independently and in teams.
- A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with effective communication skills.
- University degree in finance, banking, or a related field (beneficial).
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Project management experience or relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of operational risk management tools and controls.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent Polish and English proficiency.
