Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of projects. You will act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand business needs across one or more functional areas

• Align IT solutions with business requirements, constraints, and objectives

• Gather, clarify, and consolidate business requirements, ensuring feasibility and completeness

• Define, document, and communicate functional and data requirements

• Act as the main point of contact between project teams and business stakeholders

• Support preliminary studies and contribute to solution design in collaboration with management and business teams

• Ensure proposed solutions fully meet business expectations and constraints

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate requirement definition

• Identify impacts, risks, and dependencies related to projects, contracts, or solutions

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist business teams during testing phases

• Coordinate and support user committee meetings and workshops

• Facilitate communication between business and technical contributors

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong experience in gathering and analysing business and functional requirements

• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured documentation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business & IT)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting UAT and working with end users

• Ability to manage priorities and work in a structured environment
