Business Analyst

Your Role

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, validate, and document requirements.

• Ensure proposed IT solutions align with business objectives, requirements, and constraints.

• Participate in feasibility studies, business analyses, and solution design activities.

• Identify business impacts, risks, and dependencies related to projects, contracts, and solutions.

• Act as a key point of contact for business and project teams regarding functional and data-related topics.

• Support business users throughout testing activities and solution implementation.

• Facilitate communication and cooperation between business and technical teams.

• Organize and support workshops, user meetings, and project committees.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional proficiency in English.
