As a Mid-Level Banking System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking industry, committed to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead system analysis efforts for changes in decision systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate on the maintenance and improvement of core banking systems.
• Develop and implement decision algorithms using low-code tools.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for system modifications and updates.
• Design and optimize REST API integrations to streamline operations.
• Support technical teams in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Conduct analysis of system changes and document process improvements.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system analysis or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working in banking environments.
• Proficiency in system analysis, API design, and low-code programming languages.
• Familiarity with Excel VBA and BPMN (additional certification is a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Solid understanding of business analysis and solution architecture methodologies.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Abinitio or similar data tools.
• Knowledge of BPMN or other modeling languages.

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative level of Polish.
