MFA Project Manager / Delivery Lead – Digital Identity & Security

As a MFA Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution undertaking a large-scale transformation of its digital identity and security landscape. You will play a pivotal role in deploying cutting-edge authentication solutions across complex, worldwide platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure access systems. Your main responsibilities:

• Support PoC and pilot testing for new authentication patterns

• Plan and coordinate implementation activities across global environments

• Collaborate with architecture teams on infrastructure design and deployment

• Present project updates and technical achievements to stakeholders

• Conduct technology assessments and reviews with service owners

• Lead IAM authentication rollout activities and support issue resolution during deployments

• Ensure documentation and project management through JIRA and Confluence

• Engage with technical and non-technical teams to facilitate seamless delivery

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5 or more years of experience in project management within digital security or IAM domains

• Strong ability to drive discussions and influence outcomes at senior levels

• Proven experience supporting PoC and pilot testing of authentication solutions

• Deep understanding of modern authentication protocols, including MFA and passwordless solutions

• Ability to plan and execute IAM implementation activities in complex environments

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and stakeholder communication skills

• A proactive attitude and adaptability to new technologies and stakeholder requirements

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience within financial services sector

• Knowledge of Multi-Factor and Passwordless authentication technologies

• Hands-on experience with FIDO-based authentication, EntraID, or AzureAD

• Experience working with global, multicultural teams
