Ferryt BPMN Configuration Specialist

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Mid-Level Ferryt BPMN Configuration Specialist, you will work for our client, one of the fastest-growing banks in Poland and a leader in online banking. You will focus on the implementation and development of business processes using the FerrytFlow BPMN platform, playing a key role in optimizing critical banking operations. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency in transactional workflows, supporting the bank’s digital transformation journey.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and development

• Configure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platform

• Develop and customize process models on the FerrytFlow platform

• Provide support and training to system users

• Ensure seamless integration and operation of business processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurations

• Document process setups and updates

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPMN process configuration, preferably with Ferryt platform

• Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0 and experience with MS SQL, including creating SQL queries

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

• Familiarity with BPMN and UML notations

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

• Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly

• Communicative command of English and Polish, especially for technical documentation

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of C#

• Experience with T-SQL

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

Language Required for the role:
Polish (good command), English (communicative)
