As a Banking Process Expert, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Your responsibilities will include assessing the significance of processes across the bank, reviewing existing control mechanisms, identifying key controls, and collaborating with various units to gather their perspectives and verify regulatory compliance. The project covers business, support, and management processes, and involves contributing to the implementation of a tool for managing the matrix.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyzing process significance within the bank’s process architecture

• Reviewing and verifying existing control mechanisms

• Identifying and documenting key control mechanisms

• Collaborating with bank units to collect their process assessments

• Translating gathered information into Recommendation H requirements

• Participating in workshops and project meetings

• Supporting the implementation of tools for managing the Control Function Matrix

• Creating and updating project documentation

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Have more than 8 years of expert-level experience

• Possess strong analytical skills

• Organize your work effectively in a remote environment

• Communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently with multiple teams

• Learn quickly and adapt to new requirements

• Are open to new challenges and cross-team cooperation

• Work independently and take initiative in decision-making

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in project or program management

• Knowledge of client business and product functionalities

• Experience in delivering projects in the financial sector

• Ability to use data management tools or Excel efficiently
