As an AWS QuickSight Developer you will be working for our client, a leader in the premium automotive financing and fleet management sector. You will play a pivotal role in a strategic project aimed at implementing a new, state-of-the-art Business Intelligence solution. Your main objective will be to leverage the power of AWS QuickSight to transform raw data into sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the development process, working as an independent expert to build analytical tools from the ground up. Your work will directly empower the business with actionable insights, shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implementing a comprehensive BI solution using AWS QuickSight

• Building and deploying interactive dashboards, reports, and compelling data visualizations

• Connecting to diverse data sources and preparing datasets for analysis

• Developing and optimizing data models within QuickSight for maximum performance

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective analytical tools

• Taking ownership of the development process in an autonomous capacity

• Ensuring data accuracy and reliability across all reports

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven hands-on experience in developing solutions with AWS QuickSight

• Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and data manipulation

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

• Fluency in Polish to ensure seamless communication with business stakeholders

• Experience with data modeling and preparing datasets for analytical purposes

• A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices

• Familiarity with the broader AWS data ecosystem (e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Strong communication skills, with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Experience in designing and building reports from scratch
