Senior Data Scientist - Remote

We are looking for a Lead / Senior Data Scientist to join a growing Data Science team delivering advanced machine learning solutions for business-critical use cases.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business challenges into machine learning solutions that drive measurable impact.

Location: Remote from Poland

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions including problem framing, data preparation, model development, evaluation, and deployment support

• Perform data exploration (EDA) and identify data quality issues

• Design and implement feature engineering for tabular and time-series datasets

• Evaluate models using metrics aligned with business KPIs

• Create clear visualizations and reports communicating results to business stakeholders

• Work closely with Data Engineers and AI Engineers to operationalize models (batch scoring, APIs, monitoring)

• Document data sources, modeling assumptions, and experiments in a reproducible way

• Translate business problems into ML solutions, defining success metrics and validating data feasibility

• Support pre-sales activities and client discussions (Senior/Lead level)

Required Experience

• Commercial experience with Machine Learning and Data Science models, i

• Strong knowledge of customer analytics or advanced forecasting

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Fluency in Python

• Working knowledge of SQL

• Hands-on experience with Data Science / ML libraries

• Experience working with at least one cloud platform:

  • Databricks

  • Azure

  • Google Cloud Platform
