As an Automation Tester Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading entity in the insurance sector currently developing a cutting-edge application aimed at revolutionizing corporate insurance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key contributor to a project with significant industry impact, where you will collaborate closely with a team of seasoned professionals within an Agile framework. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of this innovative application, directly influencing its success in the market. You will design and implement robust automated testing strategies, contributing to a seamless and efficient development process.

Your main responsibilities:

• Creating automated tests
• Analyzing and reporting test results
• Collaborating with the development team according to the Agile methodology
• Designing and implementing automation frameworks
• Defining and maintaining test data
• Participating in the continuous improvement of testing processes
• Mentoring and guiding other testers on automation best practices
• Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
• Identifying and documenting software defects
• Ensuring test coverage aligns with project requirements

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation in Java, Selenium technology
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Maven
• Familiarity with JUnit
• Experience with GIT
• Understanding of Jenkins
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a task-oriented team environment
