AI Data Scientist

Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model, allowing up to 2 remote days per week.

As a AI Data Scientist, you will be working for our client, a global organization operating at the intersection of life sciences, research, and advanced analytics. You will join a multidisciplinary environment where data underpins critical scientific and business decisions across complex projects. This role blends analytical expertise with international collaboration, requiring both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills. You will focus on turning raw data into clear, actionable insights, supporting teams with analysis, visualizations, and presentations using modern AI tools and Python-based solutions in a regulated, knowledge-driven setting.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights

• Build analytical solutions and scripts using Python and AI-supported tools

• Prepare presentations and reports for non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with international business and scientific teams

• Support decision-making through data exploration and visualization

• Apply analytical thinking to biologically related problem spaces

• Communicate results clearly in English across multiple stakeholder levels

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role

• A background in biology, life sciences, or a related scientific field

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation

• Experience using AI tools to support analytical or research work

• Ability to create clear presentations using PowerPoint

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders

• Experience translating complex analysis into business-friendly insights

• High level of independence and a proactive, consulting mindset

• Fluency in English for daily collaboration and presentations

• Willingness to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
