We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Solution Engineer with a passion for AI and cloud-based solutions to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications and business processes using Microsoft Azure AI services. You’ll work closely with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to build scalable and secure solutions that deliver real value.
- Design and build applications that leverage Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Document Intelligence , and others.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and backend processes that integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand use cases, and define implementation plans.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy AI-powered applications into Azure environments.
- Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of AI-based solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow security best practices and comply with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders and support teams.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- A positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with successfully implementing Azure AI services, such as: Azure AI foundry<br>Azure Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, Language, etc.)<br>Azure Document Intelligence<br>Azure Machine Learning
- Solid experience with Azure services, especially in AI/ML and API development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and containerization (Docker, AKS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform is a plus
- Background in data engineering or data science is a plus.
- Experience in industries with high compliance requirements (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a definite advantage.
